Judicial Committee on Information Technology

The mission of JCIT is to establish standards and guidelines for the systematic implementation and integration of technology in Texas' trial and appellate courts.

JCIT provides an open forum for collaboration with all partners in the judicial system including attorneys, judges, clerks and local county governments. Working with partners such as the County and District Clerks Association of Texas, the Texas Association of Counties and the Conference of Urban Counties, JCIT is able to provide direction to courts with regard to technology.
