Commission Coordinator
Chelsea Estes joined the Texas Forensic Science Commission (TFSC) as Commission Coordinator in December 2024. In this role, she is responsible for coordinating all Commission operations, managing scheduling logistics, and delivering essential administrative support to both the Commission and it's staff.
Ms. Estes brings over 25 years of experience in operations and personnel management across a variety of administrative settings. Her professional strengths include effective communication, team leadership, full-cycle project management, strategic event and meeting planning, customer service resolution, and accurate recordkeeping. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas State University in 2002.
