Official Requests for the Texas Business Court Reporter’s Record of Proceedings 

Requests for Transcripts

Requests for transcripts must be submitted in writing to the court reporter who reported the proceedings. Counsel must confirm this information either through the court docket or by contacting the Court Services Manager, Leonardo Perales, at leonardo.perales@txcourts.gov.

Transcript requests must include in writing:

  1. Case name
  2. Complete cause number, appellate case number if applicable
  3. Specific date(s) of hearing(s) requested
  4. Judge who presided over proceedings

Payment must be received in advance before commencement of work. Delivery timeline begins on the date payment is received.

If request for Reporter’s Record is appellate, please inform the court reporter.
